Adyen is seeking a proactive and adaptable Account Manager, Enterprise to join their team in Amsterdam. Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for its customers.The Account Manager will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, providing impactful payments insights, and identifying commercial opportunities. This role involves delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving mutual success for Adyen and its customers.Responsibilities include:
- Relationship management: Build strong customer relationships and navigate their organizations.
- Commercial acumen: Drive commercial discussions with customers, while meeting strategic and financial targets.
- Strategic consultation: Deliver expertise, education, and payment guidance to customers.
- Project management: Prioritize and execute on short and long term projects.
- Feedback: Be the voice and champion for customers internally.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a client-facing, commercial role (e.g., account management, consulting).
- Experience in complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services is a bonus.
- Full professional written and verbal proficiency in English (other languages are a plus).
- Comfortable synthesizing complex data sets and using data to tell a story
