Adyen is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to join their team in Warsaw. This role involves managing relationships with international merchants, identifying commercial opportunities, and driving mutual success.

The Account Manager will collaborate with a global, multicultural team and champion customer needs internally. Adyen is financial technology platform and Account Management team is critical to the growth and success of their business.

What this role involves:

  • Building strong customer relationships and navigating their organizations.
  • Driving commercial discussions with customers and meeting strategic targets.
  • Acting as a consultant, providing expertise and payment guidance.
  • Prioritizing and executing projects across multiple accounts.
  • Serving as a feedback loop, representing the customer internally.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a client-facing, commercial role.
  • Proficiency in English and Polish.
  • Experience in account management, consulting, or the payments industry is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across different departments
