Adyen is seeking a Content Manager to join their team in Shanghai. This role focuses on the creation, execution, and optimization of Adyen's content marketing plan for China. The Content Manager will report to the Head of Marketing, APAC, and collaborate with local and global teams.

The successful candidate will possess strong project management, editorial, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of China's new media and digital trends. They will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that align with Adyen's brand voice and target audience.

What this role involves:

  • Write copy for various formats
  • Lead content planning for the region
  • Collaborate with the marketing and studio teams
  • Develop and implement content distribution strategies
  • Manage in-house and external writing resources
  • Schedule, edit, proofread, publish, and optimize content
  • Analyze data to measure content success
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Storyteller with journalistic attitude
  • Understanding of China’s new media and digital trends
  • Experience adapting content to local channels
  • Ability to self-start and stick to deadlines
  • Proficiency in Marketo, Salesforce (preferred)
  • Full professional proficiency in Mandarin and English
  • Some domestic and international travel
