- Executing KYC and CDD procedures.
- Collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Performing KYC checks on merchants.
- Guiding merchants on CDD-related matters.
- Driving process improvements.
- Advising on CDD-related questions.
- Ensuring consistency in the global CDD process.
- 3+ years of experience in CDD/Enhanced Due Diligence/KYC.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Knowledge of Regulatory concepts.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Curiosity and ability to think outside the box.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Great communication and team spirit.
- Analytical and critical mindset.
