Adyen is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team in Milan. Adyen is the financial technology platform of choice for leading companies like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. This role will be instrumental in setting up the SDR function for Italy, acting as a crucial link between marketing and sales.

Role involves:

  • Managing inbound lead qualification for Italy.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for new business prospects.
  • Setting up and delivering outbound campaigns.
  • Identifying potential partners for Adyen in Italy.
  • Supporting Sales Managers with lead generation and onboarding.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador at company events.
  • Demonstrating the value of Adyen's product offerings.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience with inbound and outbound sales, preferably in B2B sales of complex products.
  • Experience in the Payments or FinTech industry is a plus.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a productive team member.
  • Proven work ethic with a strong drive to learn.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
