Adyen is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Enterprise) to join their team in Tokyo. Adyen is the financial technology platform of choice for leading companies like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. The ideal candidate will serve as the link between marketing and sales functions, handling inbound lead qualification and supporting outbound lead generation.

The role involves:

  • Managing the qualification process for inbound leads in Japan and Asia.
  • Serving as the initial point of contact for new business prospects.
  • Building a strong professional network.
  • Executing outbound campaigns using sales enablement tools.
  • Identifying potential new partners for Adyen.
  • Supporting sales managers with outbound tactics and lead generation.
  • Assuming responsibility for the sales cycle, from qualification to onboarding.
  • Representing Adyen at external and internal events.
  • Demonstrating the value of Adyen's product offerings.

The requirements are:

  • A strong desire to work in a commercial position within a multinational business.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably selling B2B products in the enterprise market.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a productive team member.
  • Drive to learn and connect with prospects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting applications, and Salesforce is ideal.
