Adyen is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to expand its business in Brazil. This role focuses on acquiring new enterprise merchants and driving company growth within the region.Responsibilities:
- Understanding and articulating Adyen's products and services to external audiences.
- Generating new business opportunities for Adyen.
- Identifying and approaching specific prospects, communicating the value proposition, and establishing long-term partnerships.
- Working with mid-level to senior executives to negotiate deals and facilitate onboarding.
- Partnering with technology leaders and collaborating with Sales Support, Implementation, and Account Management teams.
- Experience in the payments industry or affiliated sectors.
- Proven track record in an enterprise sales role, specifically selling complex solutions.
- High energy levels with a passion for networking.
- Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate with a global team.
- Analytical and strategic negotiation skills with a commercially driven attitude.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales hunter role selling complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services.
- Proven deal closer and strong communicator.
