Adyen is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to expand its business in Brazil. This role focuses on acquiring new enterprise merchants and driving company growth within the region.Responsibilities:
Understanding and articulating Adyen's products and services to external audiences.
Generating new business opportunities for Adyen.
Identifying and approaching specific prospects, communicating the value proposition, and establishing long-term partnerships.
Working with mid-level to senior executives to negotiate deals and facilitate onboarding.
Partnering with technology leaders and collaborating with Sales Support, Implementation, and Account Management teams.
Requirements:
Experience in the payments industry or affiliated sectors.
Proven track record in an enterprise sales role, specifically selling complex solutions.
High energy levels with a passion for networking.
Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate with a global team.
Analytical and strategic negotiation skills with a commercially driven attitude.
Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
At least 5 years of experience in a sales hunter role selling complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services.
Proven deal closer and strong communicator.
