Adyen is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to expand its business in Brazil. This role focuses on acquiring new enterprise merchants and driving company growth within the region.Responsibilities:
  • Understanding and articulating Adyen's products and services to external audiences.
  • Generating new business opportunities for Adyen.
  • Identifying and approaching specific prospects, communicating the value proposition, and establishing long-term partnerships.
  • Working with mid-level to senior executives to negotiate deals and facilitate onboarding.
  • Partnering with technology leaders and collaborating with Sales Support, Implementation, and Account Management teams.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the payments industry or affiliated sectors.
  • Proven track record in an enterprise sales role, specifically selling complex solutions.
  • High energy levels with a passion for networking.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate with a global team.
  • Analytical and strategic negotiation skills with a commercially driven attitude.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales hunter role selling complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services.
  • Proven deal closer and strong communicator.
