Job Description
Adyen is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join their Digital team. The candidate will be responsible for driving new business, expanding market presence, and leveraging Adyen's global payments platform to optimize checkout conversion, increase authorization rates, reduce fraud, and streamline payment processing for enterprise clients.
What this role involves: - Owning the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Developing compelling narratives to showcase Adyen’s solutions for Digital clients.
- Engaging and maintaining strong partnerships with C-level and senior decision-makers.
- Leading complex sales processes by understanding clients’ technical, operational, financial, and strategic goals.
- Collaborating with Implementation, Account Management, and Product teams.
Who is the ideal candidate: - Has 10+ years of Enterprise sales experience, preferably within payments, fintech, or a related field.
- Has a Deep understanding of payment (acquiring) ecosystems.
- Has proven ability to engage C-level executives and navigate complex organizations.
- Is skilled at leading commercial negotiations and crafting tailored value propositions.
