The Implementation Engineer will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation.
What this role involves:
- Creating scalable solutions for merchant integrations.
- Guiding merchants through integration processes in e-commerce and other verticals.
- Collaborating with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Overseeing project delivery and ensuring technical integrity.
- Providing consultation on payment solutions.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting code.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with Web API integrations.
- C1 Level proficiency in English and Polish and/or Czech.
- Ability to learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to identify solutions to integration problems.
- Experience in payments is a plus.
