Job Description

The Implementation Engineer will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation.

What this role involves:

  • Creating scalable solutions for merchant integrations.
  • Guiding merchants through integration processes in e-commerce and other verticals.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Overseeing project delivery and ensuring technical integrity.
  • Providing consultation on payment solutions.
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting code.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with Web API integrations.
  • C1 Level proficiency in English and Polish and/or Czech.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to identify solutions to integration problems.
  • Experience in payments is a plus.
