Implementation Manager at Adyen

Adyen is seeking an Implementation Manager to join their team in Stockholm. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing new implementations and enhancements for Adyen's growing portfolio of merchants. The role involves working with Adyen's largest global merchants to provide solutions, consultation, troubleshooting, implementation, and scalable technical integrations. The ideal candidate should be consultative and technical, with a solid understanding of technology, integration design, and project management.Responsibilities:

• Creating scalable solutions for merchant integrations.
• Serving as a consultative partner for merchants in e-commerce, point of sale, and multi-faceted platforms.
• Collaborating with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Overseeing high-quality project delivery and maintaining the technical integrity of merchant integrations.
• Consulting on optimizing payment solutions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience integrating with Web APIs or providing technical consultation during integration.
• Ability to learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to identify and communicate solutions to integration problems.
• Fluency in Swedish/Nordic languages and English.
• Experience in the payments landscape is a plus.
