Job Description

Adyen is seeking an Implementation Manager to be the primary technical point of contact for merchants, guiding them through integration with Adyen's platform. The Implementation Manager will ensure an exceptional merchant experience throughout the project lifecycle. The role is based in Adyen's Berlin office.

What this role involves:

  • Creating scalable solutions for merchant integrations.
  • Serving as a consultative partner in verticals like e-commerce and point of sale.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Overseeing high-quality project delivery.
  • Providing consultation on optimising payment solutions.
  • Analysing and troubleshooting code.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience integrating with Web APIs.
  • C1 Level in English and German is required.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and communicate pragmatic solutions.
  • Experience in the payments landscape is a big plus.
