Implementation Manager at Adyen

Adyen, a financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products, is seeking an Implementation Manager for their Warsaw office. The Implementation Manager will serve as the main technical point of contact for merchants, guiding them through integration design, development, testing, and launch phases.

The Implementation Manager will work on diverse projects involving e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and card issuing programs. They will ensure a smooth implementation process, maintain communication with merchants and internal teams, and provide consultation on optimizing payment solutions.

What this role involves:

• Creating scalable solutions for merchant integrations.
• Serving as a consultative partner in verticals.
• Collaborating with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Leveraging project management and technical consulting skills.
• Providing consultation on optimising payment solutions.
• Analyse and troubleshoot code without writing it (debug and clarify code without direct development).

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience integrating and/or providing technical consultation when integrating with Web APIs
• C1 Level in English and Polish and/or Czech
• Proven ability to learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to identify and communicate solutions to integration problems.
• Experience in the payments landscape is a plus.
