Job Description

Adyen is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be the primary technical contact for merchants, guiding them through integration with Adyen's platform. The Solutions Engineer will work on diverse projects, including e-commerce platforms and card issuing programs, ensuring a smooth implementation process and maintaining communication with merchants and internal teams.

This position is based in Adyen's Amsterdam office and requires a consultative and technical individual.

What this role involves:

  • Creating scalable solutions for merchant integrations.
  • Serving as a consultative partner for merchants in e-commerce and other verticals.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Overseeing high-quality project delivery and technical integrity.
  • Consulting on optimizing payment solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience integrating with Web APIs.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to identify solutions to complex integration problems.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in the payments landscape is a plus.
