Job Description

Adyen is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be the primary technical point of contact for merchants, guiding them through the integration process with Adyen's platform. The Solutions Engineer will work on diverse projects, including e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and card issuing programs. They will ensure smooth implementation, maintain communication with merchants and internal teams, and provide consultation on optimizing payment solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating scalable solutions for merchant integrations.
  • Serving as a consultative partner for merchants.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Overseeing project delivery and ensuring the technical integrity of integrations.
  • Providing consultation on payment solutions and platform onboarding.
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting code.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience integrating with Web APIs.
  • C1 Level in English and German.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to identify solutions to integration problems.
  • Experience in the payments landscape is a plus.
