Job Description

Adyen is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their Warsaw office. In this role, the individual will serve as the primary technical contact for merchants, guiding them through the integration process with the Adyen platform. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless merchant experiences.

Role involves:

  • Creating scalable solutions for merchant integrations.
  • Serving as a consultative partner for merchants in various verticals.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Overseeing high-quality project delivery and technical accuracy.
  • Providing consultation on optimising payment solutions.
  • Analysing and troubleshooting code.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience integrating with Web APIs.
  • C1 Level in English and Polish and/or Czech.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead meetings.
  • Ability to identify and communicate pragmatic solutions.
  • Experience in the payments landscape is a plus.
