Adyen is seeking a Team Lead, Implementation (ANZ) to guide and scale its Implementation team in Sydney. Adyen is a financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for global customers. The Implementation function is central to Adyen’s success, ensuring large, strategic merchants are onboarded smoothly with robust integrations.
This role involves leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of Implementation Managers, driving integration success, scaling and innovating processes, collaborating across regions, and championing operational excellence. The Team Lead will manage and mentor the team, act as a sparring partner for complex projects, use data to identify opportunities for improvement, and work closely with global teams.
