Harbinger Motors Inc., an electric vehicle manufacturer, is seeking a Corporate Legal Intern to support the General Counsel & Legal Team. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced EV startup environment. The intern will be involved in a wide range of legal and business matters.
What This Role Involves:
- Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts.
- Conducting legal research on compliance issues and incentives.
- Supporting corporate governance activities.
- Helping track regulatory developments.
- Assisting with intellectual property portfolio management.
- Working on government affairs initiatives.
- Supporting JVs, partnerships and strategic transactions.
- Assisting in developing internal legal processes.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a top-tier J.D. program (1L or 2L preferred).
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Interest in corporate, commercial, regulatory, and transactional law.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn.
