Donorbox is seeking a Content Editor to enhance their team. This role involves extensive editing, content creation and collaboration. The Content Editor will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency across various written materials.

Responsibilities:
  • Researching industry blog topics.
  • Creating blog briefs.
  • Reviewing and editing written content.
  • Ensuring content adheres to style guide.
  • Collaborating with writers.
  • Conducting fact-checking.
  • Making recommendations for content enhancements.
  • Moving blog drafts to WordPress.
  • Creating title images for blogs.
  • Publishing blogs.
  • Creating and sending blog newsletters.
  • Updating existing blogs for SEO.
  • Writing product-based blogs.
  • Working on email marketing and banner content.
  • Building email campaigns.
  • Working with the Tech team for customer data.
  • Identifying and applying new SEO trends.
  • Learning and executing trending content strategies.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of Content Editing or Copy Editing experience.
  • Exceptional command of written English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic SEO knowledge.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
