Adyen is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer for their Madrid office. The candidate will resolve IT-related issues and optimize the productivity of the workforce. They will collaborate with a global team to support employees, diagnose and troubleshoot IT challenges, and optimize processes and systems.

What the role involves:
  • Work with a worldwide team to support employees with IT-related questions.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot IT challenges, from initial setup to assisting colleagues.
  • Optimize processes and systems.
  • Provide comprehensive support for Apple device issues, user and systems access, networking, and other IT-related tasks.
  • Enhance global IT systems and functionalities.
  • Analyze repetitive tasks and issues, employing automation techniques.

Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in IT support.
  • Experience in helping people troubleshoot IT issues.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash and Python.
  • Experience administering internal services such as Google Suite, Zoom, OKTA, and LDAP.
  • Experience managing a large fleet of MacOS corporate devices using enterprise systems like JAMF.
  • Experience administrating onboarding sessions and IT user training.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Good understanding of up-to-date IT security practices.
  • Experience with writing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Must be in the office 5 days a week.
