Adyen is seeking a Payments Partnerships Manager to advance its strategy with global card network partnerships. The role involves building strong relationships across card network organizations and working with cross-functional stakeholders.Adyen is a financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. • Building and nurturing relationships with global card schemes.
• Defining and executing a proactive partnership strategy.
• Negotiating complex agreements.
• Coordinating high-impact projects.
• Partnering with product, commercial, and finance teams.
• Providing market insights.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience managing strategic partnerships in the payments industry.
• Proven success in negotiating agreements with global card networks.
• Experience in acquiring and/or issuing is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• A strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

• Base salary range of $190,000 to $265,000, plus RSUs.
