Adyen is seeking a Product Manager to focus on reconciliation, both internally and with 3rd Party Partner Platforms. The Product Manager will review market expectations for reporting and compare them to Adyen's current offerings. This role may expand to include other projects within the Payments Product team.Adyen's Product manager will:
- Drive Scalability and Automation
- Collaborate with External Partners
- Champion Merchant Experience

- Maintain Accurate Documentation
- Foster Scalability through Knowledge Sharing
- Simplify Reporting Offerings
- Minimum 5 years in product management, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial reporting.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders is essential.
- 3+ years work experience in the payments industry (domestic / international) and/or product partnerships
- Comfortable with hands-on operational work while simultaneously driving long-term scalability and automation
- Experience seeing projects through from beginning to end, owning the entire process
- Proven track record of designing and implementing frameworks that reduce manual effort and enable scalable operations
- Exceptional people skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management and day-to-day team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to internal teams and external partners.
- Full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English.
