Senior Product Manager, Optimization Insights & Performance

Job Description

Adyen is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the insights and performance management products of their Risk & Revenue optimization suite.

The role involves defining and building data products that deliver actionable performance optimization insights for merchants. The Product Manager will also define and implement the north star metrics and insights that Adyen’s machine learning teams use to evaluate their product success and develop their product roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

• Defining how Adyen defines and measures the success of its Revenue & Risk Optimization products.
• Measuring and representing the value of Revenue & Risk Optimization products to merchants.
• Discovering, building, and delivering actionable data products for merchants.
• Owning performance measurement frameworks for machine learning products.
• Evangelizing Revenue & Risk Optimization products and their impact.
• Setting a high bar in performance measurement quality.
• Collaborating with various teams and customers.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience launching successful products at scale.
• Experience in big data, machine learning, AI, experimentation, or data analytics.
• Experience in ecommerce, payments, or fintech.
• Ability to guide an engineering team and leverage analytics.
• Ability to simplify complex technical products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate in a global organization.
• Quick learner with a ‘launch fast and iterate’ approach.
• Mentoring skills and team-oriented mindset.
