Senior Product Manager - Token Services

Job Description

Adyen is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its tokenization offerings, including the Token Vault, Account Updater, and Network Tokenization services. Adyen is a financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for global customers.

The Senior Product Manager will shape the development of Adyen's tokenization products to meet current and future market needs. They will collaborate with commercial, support, and development teams to create and maintain a forward-thinking product roadmap. The role involves working with engineers to prioritize and execute product development projects, ensuring new features and improvements are delivered effectively and meet the needs of Adyen's merchants.

Adyen expects that the candidate will act as a key point of contact between merchants and Adyen’s internal teams, ensuring alignment across departments for seamless product delivery. Also, the candidate will build and maintain relationships with key industry players like Visa, Mastercard, and local regulators.

What this role involves:

• Taking full ownership of Adyen’s tokenization products.
• Creating and maintaining a forward-thinking product roadmap.
• Collaborating with engineers to prioritize and execute product development projects.
• Optimizing transaction flows to benefit global merchants.
• Acting as a key point of contact between merchants and Adyen’s internal teams.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key industry players

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Preferably domain knowledge in payments, fintech or related fields with deep knowledge of tokenization, payment networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard), and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS).
• Ability to work closely with engineers and understand APIs and system architectures.
• Experience in developing product strategies and driving cross-functional teams.
• Strong data-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
