Flagstone is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their sales team in London. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for sales development, nurturing relationships, and building trusted partnerships with clients and advisors. This role directly contributes to the company's growth by driving new business opportunities and enhancing the client experience.
What this role involves:
- Providing a successful first point of contact for prospective customers and advisor enquiries.
- Delivering effective inbound and outbound operations, cross-selling and up-selling campaigns.
- Creating and delivering compelling client demonstrations (presentations, sales pitches, webinars, and proposals).
- Working closely with Marketing, CRM, Client Services, Banks, and Product teams.
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and stakeholder relationships.
