Staff Product Designer

Job Description

Flagstone is seeking a Staff Product Designer to enhance user experiences and drive conversion rates. The ideal candidate will support the Head of UX in delivering operational strategies and collaborate with development and marketing teams to create first-class solutions.

The Staff Product Designer will lead the UX design of the platform and channels, maintaining consistency across Tribes & Squads. They will also mentor junior designers, fostering their career development.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering impactful design work.
• Setting direction for UX design and maintaining consistency.
• Mentoring junior design team members.

Requirements:

• Experience in delivering successful work at the scope of ‘product areas’ or ‘programmes of work’.
• Deep specialisms in Mobile Apps, Website Design, or Web Apps.
• Strong understanding of the finance & banking sector.
• Product Management and agile practice awareness.
• A commercial mindset and the ability to balance both business and user needs.
