Full Stack React/Node.js Engineer

Job Description

Softermii is seeking a skilled Full Stack React/Node.js Engineer to join their team. Softermii is an outsourcing/outstaffing company specializing in web and mobile application development across various industries, including healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, and fintech. The engineer will contribute to projects involving AI and IoT home devices for elderly care, working within a team of developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and under the guidance of a Tech Lead and CTO.

Responsibilities include:

• Onboarding and integrating into team and company processes.
• Finding the best place to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Learn to bring value.

Requirements include:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining full-stack applications using React, React Native, and Node.js.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL databases.
• Ability to navigate and enhance both well-written and legacy codebases.
• Proficiency in implementing and recommending improvements based on Object-Oriented Programming patterns and best practices.
• Experience in collaborating effectively with both technical and managerial stakeholders.
• Ability to provide proactive consultancy by offering ideas and suggestions for system and process improvements.
• Skill in identifying edge cases, gaps, and potential issues in code implementations.
• Experience in participating in code reviews and contributing to maintaining high code quality standards.
• Demonstrated experience with Open Source projects.
