Job Description
Softermii, an outsourcing/outstaffing company with a team of over 120 specialists, is seeking a Sales Manager (Hunter) to join their team. The role is remote and involves both hunter and farmer responsibilities. After an initial period of focusing on hunting, the role expands to include farmer responsibilities.Softermii's mission is to turn any idea into a valuable product. They have stable processes to ensure quick decision-making. The Sales Manager will have the independence to make decisions and contribute to the company's growth.Hunter Responsibilities:
  • Participate in events/conferences/roadshows to obtain leads (onsite and online).
  • Collaborate with the SDR team to nurture prospects and convert them into opportunities.
  • Lead the pre-sales process from A to Z until the deal is signed.
  • Proactively reach out to previous clients/prospects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales activity reports and achievements using Hubspot CRM.
Farmer Responsibilities (after 6 months):
  • Monitor Delivery team performance and implement strategies for account growth, including proactive upsale.
  • Close work with Delivery team in identifying upselling opportunities and presenting tailored solutions to meet clients’ evolving needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and past clients from IL, EU and US, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Support clients on every step of the recruitment process starting from job description discussion and until approving relevant candidates to start.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team/assigned recruiter to deliver high-quality candidates that match client requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on recruitment best practices. Facilitate successful agreements between clients and candidates.
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing concierge level service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successfully working with B2B clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.
  • Experience with Jira/CRM/Google Workspace/Slack.
  • Experience in hunting leads during events/conferences.
