Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Research Scientist to collaborate on health economic and health policy research projects. The Research Scientist will contribute to statistical analysis and modeling, interpret results, and address client research questions. This role involves conceptualizing cost-effectiveness and budget impact models, programming in Microsoft Excel, and collecting information efficiently.

Role Involves:

  • Conducting statistical analysis and modeling.
  • Programming health economic models in Microsoft Excel.
  • Collecting and analyzing information.
  • Communicating research projects to internal teams and external clients.
  • Identifying project risks and recommending solutions.
  • Developing written materials.
  • Performing quality assurance procedures.
  • Contributing to internal and client discussions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree with 2-5 years' relevant research experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and VBA.
  • Understanding of statistical programs (e.g., SAS, R, Stata).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively individually and in a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
