Precision AQ HEOR, a part of Precision Medicine Group LLC, is seeking a Vice President, Evidence Synthesis to join their team in Europe. The role can be 100% remote or based out of their London office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for innovative methods in health economics and outcomes research, and a confident leader of internal teams and in front of clients.
Role involves: - Leading multiple projects and accounts, ensuring quality, timelines, and financial performance.
- Developing recommendations, communicating risks and opportunities, and making final decisions.
- Reviewing and signing off on deliverables such as protocols, statistical analysis plans, models, technical reports, and slides.
- Managing client relationships and serving as a subject matter expert.
- Leading team development and mentoring, fostering a culture of open feedback and career development.
- Contributing to resourcing discussions and strategic planning.
- Supporting staff communication and conflict resolution.
- Providing methodological input to proposals and presentations.
- Establishing trusted partnerships with clients and driving new business opportunities.
Requirements: - 10+ years’ experience in high-impact HEOR publications, business development, consulting, and/or leadership.
- Master’s degree in a related field (health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or science).
- Experience overseeing evidence synthesis and economic model development.
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
