Job Description

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to lead and manage clinical teams, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to timelines. The Clinical Trial Manager will play a crucial role in the successful execution of clinical trials, working closely with sponsors and functional team members.About Precision for Medicine:Precision for Medicine is a clinical trial expert dedicated to client success and patient well-being. • Managing and operationally delivering clinical elements within a trial.
• Ensuring appropriate communication and ongoing oversight of assigned trials.
• Participating in and presenting at sponsor meetings.
• Mentoring and training team members.
• Identifying challenges to study timelines and offering creative action plans.
• Leading CRAs in establishing relationships with sites.
• Contributing to company and department initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a science or health-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years (Clinical Trial Lead/Manager) or 7 years (Senior Clinical Trial Lead/Manager) of clinical research experience.
• Significant clinical monitoring experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products and various EDC and eTMF systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability for domestic and international travel.
