Precision for Medicine is seeking a Manager, Project Support Services to lead and develop project support staff. The Manager will be responsible for developing methodologies to optimize administrative support to project teams. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from Serbia or other specified countries.

The Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring compliance with established procedures. They will contribute to the growth of Precision for Medicine by mentoring staff, participating in the hiring process, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Role Involves:

  • Developing, mentoring, managing, and coaching PSS staff.
  • Ensuring personnel work to the highest quality standards and maintain compliance.
  • Participating in the interview process for new PSS staff.
  • Developing robust and flexible operational methodologies.
  • Managing workload of supervised staff.
  • Providing on-going feedback, development and coaching.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of clinical research experience.
  • Direct line management experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to undertake occasional travel domestically and internationally.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English (Professional level).
