Precision for Medicine is seeking a Manager, Project Support Services to lead and develop project support staff. The Manager will create flexible methodologies to improve administrative support for project teams. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely in Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia.

Precision for Medicine is a precision medicine CRO with integrated services including clinical trial designs, biomarker analysis, and data analytics, focusing on rare diseases and oncology.

The role involves:

  • Managing, mentoring, and coaching Project Support Services (PSS) staff.
  • Developing operational methodologies and standards for the PSS role.
  • Ensuring staff have resources, training, and access to systems for their roles.
  • Managing workload and providing performance feedback.
  • Mentoring and training staff in clinical study monitoring and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of clinical research experience.
  • Direct line management experience with experience as a Project Support Specialist or Clinical Trial Administrator.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
