Precision for Medicine is seeking a Manager, Project Support Services to lead the project support team and optimize administrative support for project teams. This role involves line management, mentoring, and developing operational methodologies. The candidate can work remotely from several locations in Europe.
The role involves:
  • Developing, mentoring, managing, and coaching Project Support Services staff to maintain quality standards.
  • Advocating individual career development and responsibility.
  • Ensuring personnel work to the highest quality standards and comply with established SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Participating in the interview process for new staff.
  • Conducting on-boarding training for new staff.
  • Developing robust and flexible operational methodologies for the PSS role.
  • Managing workload of supervised staff.
  • Providing ongoing feedback and coaching, including annual performance reviews.
  • Mentoring and training personnel in clinical study monitoring and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
  • At least 5 years of clinical research experience or relevant experience in the role's key requirements.
  • Direct line management experience and prior experience as a Project Support Specialist or Clinical Trial Administrator.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service demeanour.
  • Ability to undertake occasional domestic and international travel.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English (Professional level).
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
