Precision for Medicine is seeking a Manager, Project Support Services to lead project support staff and enhance administrative support for project teams. This role is remote-based in Romania.

The role involves:
- Developing, mentoring, and managing PSS staff to maintain quality standards.
- Ensuring compliance with SOPs, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Participating in the interview process for new PSS staff.
- Developing training plans and holding personnel accountable for achieving training goals.
- Managing workload of supervised staff and providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Mentoring and training personnel in clinical study monitoring and ICH-GCP Guidelines.
Precision for Medicine requires:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of clinical research experience.
- Direct line management experience and prior experience as a Project Support Specialist or Clinical Trial Administrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally occasionally.
- Professional level English language skills.
