Precision for Medicine is seeking a Manager, Project Support Services to lead project support staff and enhance administrative support for project teams. This role is remote-based in Romania.

The role involves:
  • Developing, mentoring, and managing PSS staff to maintain quality standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with SOPs, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participating in the interview process for new PSS staff.
  • Developing training plans and holding personnel accountable for achieving training goals.
  • Managing workload of supervised staff and providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Mentoring and training personnel in clinical study monitoring and ICH-GCP Guidelines.

Precision for Medicine requires:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of clinical research experience.
  • Direct line management experience and prior experience as a Project Support Specialist or Clinical Trial Administrator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally occasionally.
  • Professional level English language skills.
