Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Feasibility Associate/Feasibility Manager to join their Feasibility Department. This role supports pre-award, post-award, rescue, and stand-alone feasibility projects. The Senior Feasibility Associate/Feasibility Manager will contribute to business development and operational strategy teams by conducting feasibility analysis. They will also support stand-alone feasibility projects and site identification, providing feasibility support for newly awarded and ongoing projects. The role involves participating in projects that enable Precision for Medicine to stay at the forefront of innovation.

Role involves:
  • Supporting pre-award feasibility projects by providing analysis for RFPs, including competitive, recruitment, and epidemiology analysis.
  • Reviewing clinical protocols and study plans for US and global trials.
  • Presenting feasibility analysis to BD/Clients.
  • Interfacing with colleagues, consultants, and partners to gather feasibility information.
  • Undertaking feasibility site outreach for pre-award opportunities.
  • Supporting post-award feasibility projects and deliverables.
  • Engaging with patient advocacy groups and site networks.
  • Analyzing collected site data for accurate site identification and enrollment modeling.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience in feasibility analysis and site identification.
  • Proficient English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong management and organizational skills.
  • Strong rationale and analytical thinking.
  • Strong IT platform and data analysis skills.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office and web/data-based platforms.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP.
