Insurify is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a maternity cover role in Sofia. The company is a fast-growing MIT FinTech startup recognized for its innovative insurance comparison platform.She will be working closely with senior management to align HR initiatives with company goals. She will provide expert guidance on talent management, organizational design, and employee relations.Role Involves:
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to Sofia site-lead and the global People team.
  • Implementing global and local HR best practices.
  • Leading complex employee relations cases.
  • Driving talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives.
  • Using HR analytics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Aligning global company policies to the local market and legislation.
  • Managing employee onboarding and full life-cycle processes.
  • Organising company events.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in general HR, payroll management, and administration.
  • Experience in all employee lifecycle processes.
  • Solid knowledge of Bulgarian labor law.
  • Experience using HRIS (BambooHR preferred).
  • Experience working in a global team.
  • Great attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English.
