Senior Designer

Job Description

PRECISIONeffect is seeking a Senior Designer to deliver stunning designs and encourage innovation. The Senior Designer will delegate tasks, offer feedback, and ensure high-quality design work across all projects. This position can be remote within the UK or based in the Windsor office.

Role involves:

• Creating inspiring, strategic, and innovative ideas for clients.
• Working with art directors and creative directors to develop design solutions.
• Ensuring the quality of execution, thinking, and creative output.
• Generating and presenting ideas to the team.
• Delegating tasks and supporting junior team members.
• Maintaining high standards and ensuring top-quality work for clients.
• Collaborating across the agency to enhance digital creativity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Experience
• 1 Year Agency Experience
• 1+ years of Experience with Adobe CC programs
