Creator Platform Planning Manager

Job Description

PlayStation is seeking a Creator Platform Planning Manager to join their Global Partner Development & Relations department. In this role, the individual will support the inclusion of PlayStation's partners in the launch of new platform initiatives, working with product and engineering teams to implement go-to-market programs that improve creator engagement and adoption. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for technology products or platforms, a deep understanding of the gaming industry, and a proven track record in managing partner platform integrations.

What this role involves:

• Supporting go-to-market execution for partner integrations and new platform features.
• Developing clear, audience-specific messaging and supporting materials for creators and partners.
• Capturing and synthesizing insights from partner feedback, usage data, and sentiment analysis.
• Tracking and reporting on performance metrics to evaluate integration success and adoption.
• Coordinating cross-functional feedback loops to inform platform and product improvements.
• Assisting in defining integration goals, milestones, and key success metrics.
• Managing the development and delivery of documentation, presentations, and communications assets.
• Representing the platform in internal updates and, where needed, in external-facing communications.
• Contributing to strategic initiatives in collaboration with senior team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing and completing successful go-to-market strategies for technology products or platforms.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and communicate sophisticated information effectively.
• Deep understanding of the gaming industry, including creator trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies.
• Proven track record in running and supporting partner platform integrations.
• Experience running multiple cross-functional programs simultaneously, adapting and balancing needs according to business priority.
• Motivated, organized self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Pro-active communicator, with strong presentation and high standards of work output.
