Job Description
Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Staff HRIS Analyst to join the People Technology and Services team. This role involves leading and managing complex global enhancement projects related to Talent Acquisition systems. The Staff HRIS Analyst will be responsible for driving standardization and globalization of recruiting processes, collaborating with HR business partners, and maintaining system integrations.
What the role involves:
  • Owning and managing the global project portfolio related to Talent Acquisition systems.
  • Driving standardization and globalization of recruiting processes.
  • Collaborating with HR business partners to prioritize system enhancements.
  • Leading discovery, documentation, and translation of business needs into technical requirements.
  • Managing and evolving the product roadmap.
  • Maintaining and improving integrations between the Talent Acquisition System and other systems.
  • Provide functional leadership with expertise in HCM, Recruiting, Security, Reporting, and Analytics.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex ServiceNow tickets.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years in Talent Acquisition technology.
  • 7+ years of Workday functional experience, with emphasis on Recruiting, HCM, and Onboarding.
  • Experience leading global projects and managing a product roadmap.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Critical thinking with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
