Job Description

PlayStation is seeking a Staff HRIS Analyst to join their People Technology and Services team. This role will focus on leading and managing global enhancement projects related to Talent Acquisition systems. The Staff HRIS Analyst will play a crucial role in standardizing and globalizing recruiting processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the global project portfolio related to Talent Acquisition systems.
  • Drive standardization and globalization of recruiting processes.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, recruiting operations, IT, and HRIS.
  • Lead the documentation of business needs into technical requirements.
  • Manage and evolve the product roadmap.
  • Champion adoption and understanding of new system capabilities.
  • Maintain and improve integrations between Talent Acquisition System and other systems.
  • Provide functional leadership with expertise in HCM, Recruiting, Security, Reporting, and Analytics.
  • Configure and maintain key recruiting and onboarding processes across Workday and the ATS.
  • Act as a liaison to AMS partners and third-party consultants.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex ServiceNow tickets.
  • Develop and maintain training materials; deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Partner with multi-functional HR teams on critical initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in Talent Acquisition technology.
  • 7+ years of Workday functional experience.
  • Experience in leading global projects and managing a product roadmap.
  • Experience as a process improvement advocate.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently within a distributed team setting.
  • Cultural sensitivity and inclusion approach.
  • Solid understanding of system integration touchpoints and downstream impacts.
