Sumo Logic is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to fuel growth and develop relationships with new and existing customers. Sumo Logic helps make the digital world faster, reliable and more secure. This role involves balancing high-velocity deals with larger complex deals, working with channel partners. The ideal candidate will be a high-performing hunter with a creative and consultative approach.She/he will be responsible for:
- Targeting, managing, and selling to new and existing customers to exceed revenue quota goals.
- Addressing customer and partner needs with relevant information and solutions.
- Delivering compelling demos and technical solutions alongside a Pre-Sales Engineer.
- Creating outreach campaigns and generating sales pipeline with a dedicated SDR.
- Qualifying and managing inbound leads, closing prospects, and managing the sales lifecycle.
- Engaging with Channel Partners and Alliances to extend market reach.
- Working with the Customer Success Team for client reviews.
- Creating and delivering accurate sales forecasts.
- Providing input to product management and marketing.
Requirements include:
- Demonstrable sales experience in B2B software, SaaS, Security Solutions & IT Infrastructure Management.
- Proven track record of selling to technical audiences (IT Operations, Security, Dev/Ops) and Economic Buyers (C-level, Procurement).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with effective relationship-building skills.
- Territory management skills, including planning, forecasting, and prioritization.
- In-depth industry knowledge.
- Experience using company applications such as CRM SFDC.
