Senior Product Designer

Job Description

Sumo Logic is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their user experience design team in India. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving complex problems and creating user-friendly products. This role involves close collaboration with product managers and engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Executing full UX solutions based on product vision and business requirements.
• Creating end-to-end scenarios, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and specs.
• Leading research to identify user needs and product usability.
• Ensuring designs are validated and tested.
• Leading data-driven design methodologies for product refinement.
• Improving processes and relationships beyond individual work.
• Adapting to an ever-changing environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of design experience in the B2B space.
• Track record of influencing product direction and delivering high-quality products.
• Experience working with engineering and product management teams.
• Experience with user research and testing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Portfolio highlighting strengths.
