Clickatell is seeking a Senior Data Architect/Modeler to champion and advance Clickatell’s Data Vision, driving the next level of their Data Ecosystem. This role is pivotal in the company's business model transformation, requiring an individual with practical knowledge of Cloud data platforms and a deep understanding of next-generation Data concepts and technologies. He/She will collaborate with Data Engineering Lead, and DBA Lead, the Senior Data Architect will contribute to modern data foundation that will simplify and catapult the use of Gen-AI.

- Accelerating the adoption of Clickatell’s Reference Data Architecture.
- Providing data architecture direction and delivering architectural artifacts.
- Designing scalable data ingestion and processing patterns.
- Assessing current AWS solutions and designing new Data Services.
- Providing subject matter expertise on data architecture disciplines.
- Working closely with various teams to optimize functions and data products.
- Contributing to the upskilling and coaching of team members.
- Performing problem resolution and root cause analysis.
- Protecting Clickatell’s information and intellectual property.
Requirements:
- B-Tech or bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, informatics or math.
- Experience and knowledge of AWS Big Data services.
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala.
- Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark.
- Understanding data visualization tools - Power BI an asset.
- Experience with incremental delivery - Agile and Scrum framework.
- Hands on experience leading large-scale global data warehousing and analytics projects.
- Experience with complicated account hierarchy, security groups, VPCs, AWS managed services.
