Job Description
enmacc is seeking a Country Lead for Austria to revolutionize the energy trading market. The Country Lead will focus on expanding the customer base, particularly among municipal suppliers and industrial companies, and ensuring their success on the enmacc platform. This role involves guiding customers through onboarding, activation, and long-term engagement, as well as identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Role Involves:
  • Proactively identify, target, and acquire municipal suppliers and industrial companies in the Austrian market.
  • Guide new customers through their journey within the marketplace.
  • Expand customer accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Act as a cross-functional point of contact for existing customers in Austria.

Requirements:
  • Experience in sales/account management within the Austrian energy industry.
  • Keen interest in digital products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Independent, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with customer development paths within the software industry.
