The Country Lead will focus on municipal suppliers and industrial companies. The role involves expanding the customer base and ensuring client success in the Austrian market. The ideal candidate will guide customers from onboarding to long-term engagement, fostering a vibrant trading community.

Role involves:

• Identifying and acquiring municipal suppliers and industrial companies in Austria.
• Guiding new customers through their journey on the marketplace.
• Expanding customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Acting as a cross-functional point of contact for Austrian customers.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales/account management within the Austrian energy industry.
• Keen interest in digital products and services.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Independent, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.
• Organized and familiar with customer development paths.
