Account Manager Environmental Trading Germany (m/f/d) at Enmacc

enmacc is seeking an Account Manager for Environmental Trading in Germany to drive growth in the Guarantees of Origin (GoO) market. The candidate will join enmacc, Europe's largest over-the-counter trading market venue for energy and environmental commodities.

This role involves engaging with clients to help them become digital leaders in energy trading, focusing on driving growth, winning new customers, and selling access to the platform. The Account Manager will leverage enmacc's technology and extensive trading network to increase GoO trading volumes and enhance market liquidity.

Responsibilities Include:

• Driving growth by onboarding new traders and acquiring new GoO trading clients.
• Engaging clients to unlock new opportunities in environmental commodity trading.
• Improving liquidity by increasing trader engagement on the platform.
• Identifying customer needs and contributing to product evolution.
• Training teams on environmental trading topics.
• Collaborating to grow environmental trading desks at major accounts.
• Owning revenue and contribution margins in environmental trading.
• Representing enmacc at industry events.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of GoO trading markets in Germany.
• Experience as a Trader, Broker, Analyst, or Sales professional in environmental commodities.
• A track record of commercial success.
• Exceptional German and English communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of ownership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
