enmacc, Europe's largest over-the-counter trading market venue for energy and environmental commodities, is seeking a Country Account Manager to focus on the Austrian market. This role is pivotal in expanding enmacc's customer base, particularly among municipal suppliers and industrial companies, and ensuring their success on the platform.

The Country Account Manager will be responsible for guiding new customers through their journey, from onboarding to long-term engagement, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Role Involves:

  • Proactively identifying and acquiring municipal suppliers and industrial companies in Austria.
  • Guiding new customers through the marketplace.
  • Expanding customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Acting as a cross-functional point of contact for Austrian customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales/account management within the Austrian energy industry.
  • Keen interest in digital products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Independent, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with customer development paths in the software industry.
