Country Account Manager Energy Trading- Austria (m/f/d) at Enmacc

enmacc is seeking a Country Account Manager for Energy Trading in Austria to revolutionize the energy trading market. This role focuses on municipal suppliers and industrial companies.

Based in Vienna or remotely within Austria, the Country Account Manager will expand the customer base (70%) and ensure client success (30%). They will guide Austrian clients, focusing on municipal suppliers and industrial companies, through onboarding, activation, and long-term engagement as successful enmacc traders.

The Country Account Manager will act as a key point of contact within enmacc for Austrian customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer success. They will also proactively identify, target, and acquire municipal suppliers and industrial companies in the Austrian market to join enmacc's marketplace.

Role involves:

• Acquiring municipal suppliers and industrial companies in Austria
• Guiding new customers within the marketplace
• Expanding customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling
• Acting as a cross-functional point of contact

Requirements:

• Experience in sales/account management within the Austrian energy industry
• Keen interest in digital products and services
• Fluent in German and English
• Independent, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented
• Organized and familiar with customer development paths
