enmacc, Europe’s largest over-the-counter trading market venue for energy and environmental commodities, is seeking a Marketplace Manager to join their team. This role involves engaging and growing the network of traders on enmacc, contributing to the company's goal of playing an essential role on every trader's desk. The Marketplace Manager will enable traders to benefit from the direct network and the efficiency of the RFQ trading platform to further grow liquidity.

The ideal candidate will work closely with traders to define success and help them maximize value through the enmacc platform. They will proactively increase the number of traders, pitch and demo the platform, and increase trading fee revenue by effectively managing and growing client relationships. This role also involves collaborating with the Product department to contribute to the development of new features and products.

What this role involves:

  • Working closely with traders to define success and maximize value.
  • Proactively increasing the number of traders and providing platform demos.
  • Managing and growing client relationships to increase trading fee revenue.
  • Collaborating with the Product department on new feature development.
  • Handling ad-hoc marketplace management activities and trader inquiries.
  • Cooperating with Account Management & Marketing teams to encourage user activities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a broker, trader, or portfolio manager in energy, commodity, or finance.
  • Thriving on pushing boundaries and challenging the status quo.
  • A thirst for learning and being challenged by traders and the job.
  • Independent, entrepreneurial, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and a great team player.
