Job Description
enmacc is seeking a (Senior) Account Manager for the French market to enhance its presence in Europe's energy trading sector. This role involves expanding platform access and revenue by nurturing client relationships and attracting new customers, particularly within the corporate and industrial segments. The Account Manager will engage with customers through various channels, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and contribute to the development of new features.
Responsibilities:
- Increase platform access and trading fee revenue.
- Attract and grow existing client relationships.
- Expand the customer portfolio in French markets.
- Reach out to customers through outbound sales and networking.
- Follow up on inbound leads from marketing activities.
- Collaborate with customers to maximize the value of the enmacc platform.
- Provide input to the Product department for new feature development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in energy procurement & trading and/or B2B sales & account management.
- Strong first-hand energy trading and/or sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
- Proactive team player with innovative ideas.
- Hands-on attitude and desire to take ownership.
- Autonomous self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Native French.
