enmacc is seeking a (Senior) Relationship Manager to join their team in Munich. The company operates Europe’s largest over-the-counter trading market venue for energy and environmental commodities.
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success of enmacc's large customers in the DACH region, guiding them through onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement to become self-sufficient traders. This role involves building strong client relationships, providing platform coaching, and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Understanding traders’ needs and building successful use cases.
- Providing insights to the product team for platform development.
- Building strong relationships with clients for open communication.
- Coaching traders on maximizing the enmacc platform.
- Assisting traders with liquidity creation.
- Expanding customer accounts through upselling.
- Analyzing usage and market data in the DACH region.

- Experience in the energy origination and/or trading industry.
- Understanding of traders and portfolio managers.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
