Job Description

saas.group is seeking a Head of Artificial Intelligence to join their Central AI Team. saas.group acquires and transforms B2B SaaS ventures into industry leaders.

The Head of AI will lead a team of AI engineers, productizing AI features for the company's brand portfolio.

Responsibilities Include:

• Productizing, developing, and architecting AI solutions.
• Writing, reviewing, and shipping production-ready code.
• Leading and mentoring a team of AI engineers.
• Championing AI adoption and educating teams.
• Maintaining AI infrastructure and platforms.
• Driving technical decision-making and setting engineering standards.

Requirements Include:

• Scientific university degree in (applied) Computer Science/AI/Machine Learning or equivalent
• Strong software engineering background with proven track record in Python and PyData ecosystem
• Strong understanding of machine learning and statistics
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud) and production pipelines (FastAPI, Docker)
• Leadership and mentoring experience with communication skills
• Passion for staying current with AI developments
